Sand teams are currently wrapping up construction at Woodland Village Townhomes (hyperlink to Woodland Village page) in St. Cloud, Minnesota. With the renovation of the 32 unit townhome community, Sand Development was able to bring a much needed on-site play and picnic area for our Residents. Sand Construction’s Project Superintendent noted that as soon as the play area was complete, kids were enjoying the new play area, which features picnic tables, kids’ playground with soft-surface kid tile throughout, and a gazebo with grills.
